Welding
Our welding technology can be applied to fluororesin that requires advanced techniques and condition control and to other thermoplastics such as PVC and PP. We have a number of records of single-piece production such as the production of welding baths. For products we have never welded before, we will conduct testing for free once we receive samples.
Fusion Bonding
Unit production with fusion bonding technology for tube connection without using joints and fittings enables us to easily produce small-sized, light and flexible products. The use of special bonding machines also allows for the production of stack manifolds in a shape of connected commercially available joints.
Bending
The combination of our excellent processing and heat treatment technologies such as bending tubes and flexible processing with annealing furnace and heat treatment provides greater design flexibility for our customers.
